Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Daily Spirit mobile application ("App") provided by Humeyra ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The App and eligibility

Daily Spirit is an iOS application that delivers inspirational content, features, and related functionality as described on the App Store listing. You must comply with Apple's applicable terms when using the App. You represent that you are legally able to enter into these Terms.

2. Subscriptions and auto-renewal

The App may offer auto-renewable subscriptions for premium access, processed exclusively through Apple In-App Purchase via your Apple ID. Subscription plans may include:

Auto-renewal: Unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, your subscription will automatically renew and your Apple ID account will be charged for the next period at the then-current price.

How to cancel or manage: You can cancel or manage your subscription at any time in your Apple account settings: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device (or the equivalent path on the latest iOS version). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until that time.

3. Free trial

Where offered, a subscription may include a free trial for eligible users. The length of the trial is shown in the App before you start it. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and you will be charged the subscription price through Apple, unless otherwise stated at purchase. Only one trial may be available per eligible account or offer, as determined by Apple and our configuration in App Store Connect.

4. Advertising

The free version of the App shows advertising provided by Google AdMob. Daily Spirit Premium removes ads. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled.

5. Refunds and billing disputes

Payment processing is handled by Apple. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Refund requests must be directed to Apple in accordance with Apple's policies (for example, via reportaproblem.apple.com or Apple Support). We cannot guarantee refunds; Apple's decision applies.

The App, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Humeyra or licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in line with these Terms and the App Store rules. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written consent, except where allowed by mandatory law.

8. Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Humeyra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the App or subscription in the twelve (12) months before the claim (if any such payment applies), or, if greater, the minimum amount required by mandatory law.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on https://www.dailyspiritai.com/terms and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law. Material changes may also be communicated through the App or App Store as appropriate.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence apply and cannot be waived.
